Become a key player as a Fulfillment Associate in our Fort Worth, Texas facility! You will be responsible for picking items from shelves, packing them securely for transit, and preparing them for shipping. We prioritize a safe working environment, so adherence to all Safety guidelines and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are essential. This position involves significant physical activity, including regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs. If you are a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach to tasks, this could be the perfect fit. Experience in a fulfillment or logistics center is advantageous. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order tickets.
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Stage orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the packing and picking areas.
- Follow all Safety protocols meticulously.
- Use appropriate PPE as directed.
- Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals.
- Assist with other fulfillment-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to handle Lifting tasks, including up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations or logistics is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
