Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Sort and place received items into designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to order tickets.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, especially concerning safety and PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor, including significant lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
