Join our growing Atlanta, Georgia facility as a Warehouse Associate. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, contributing to the efficient management of inventory and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for a range of activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are critical in this fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a team to ensure that orders are processed correctly and efficiently, supporting our overall Logistics strategy. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklifts).
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and protocols, including the use of mandatory PPE .
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within Logistics .
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Previous warehouse experience is advantageous. Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. A strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
