This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of products throughout our facility and out to our customers. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and this role requires a strong adherence to all Safety guidelines. The nature of the work involves physical activity, including consistent Lifting . All necessary PPE will be provided and its use is mandatory. Your contribution is vital to our Logistics success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Store products in appropriate locations within the distribution center.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counting.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a primary focus on Safety .
- Properly wear and use all required PPE , including safety vests and gloves.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our Logistics department by meeting productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to following all safety regulations.
