We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in Detroit, Michigan. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Your leadership will be crucial in managing staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring accurate inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse supervision and a deep understanding of logistics operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet operational demands. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is a core responsibility. You must be comfortable with tasks involving significant Lifting and be able to guide your team in doing the same safely. Your proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks within the warehouse will be highly valued.
