We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials, load and unload trucks, and maintain inventory accuracy within our bustling warehouse. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our distribution center and requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety protocols. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely movement of goods and contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all employees to adhere to strict safety guidelines. This includes proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times, awareness of your surroundings, and adherence to all traffic and operational procedures within the facility.
