We are seeking motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associates to join our dynamic team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our state-of-the-art facility. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks crucial to the success of our logistics network. This includes receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and properly storing inventory. You will also be responsible for picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and speed, preparing them for shipment. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is paramount, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (training provided).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed.
- Contribute to team goals and overall logistics efficiency.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
