Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Material Handlers to join our logistics team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials within our warehouse. This includes operating various types of equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to ensure smooth operations. Attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will play a critical role in our supply chain, ensuring materials are readily available for production and distribution. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe Lifting techniques are mandatory. This is a great opportunity to advance your career in logistics and material handling.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
  • Move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Prepare materials for outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting techniques.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support overall logistics and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role.
  • Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Excellent spatial awareness and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
