Job Summary:

This position is vital for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods, from receiving to dispatch. As a DC Associate, you will engage in diverse tasks including order picking, packing, loading and unloading merchandise, and contributing to inventory accuracy. A commitment to safety is paramount; all associates must strictly follow safety regulations and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive, process, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and effectively.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Support other warehouse functions as directed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands.
