Join our innovative team as an Order Picker in the vibrant city of San Jose, California! We are looking for energetic individuals to accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders in our state-of-the-art warehouse. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating, retrieving, and staging items for shipment, ensuring that every order is perfect. This role is vital to our logistics network, and your attention to detail will be key to our success. We prioritize the safety of our employees, and you will be required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety procedures. The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs and maneuvering throughout the warehouse. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily picking quotas. We offer comprehensive training and a supportive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order lists.
- Use RF scanners or pick sheets to locate items.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Verify product information against order details.
- Maintain an organized and clean picking path.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment to move stock.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Meet daily picking performance goals.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
