We are hiring Picker/Packers for our busy distribution center located in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this fast-paced role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and packing them securely for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction and our company's reputation. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment. Key responsibilities include using handheld scanners to locate and retrieve products, verifying item accuracy, preparing orders for shipping, and maintaining an organized workspace. You will work closely with a team to meet daily order fulfillment targets. Maintaining a strong culture of Safety is essential. All employees are required to wear and utilize designated PPE , such as safety vests and closed-toe shoes, and adhere to all safety regulations. This position involves significant physical activity, including standing for prolonged periods, walking extensively throughout the warehouse, and Lifting items that can weigh up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals.
