Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and unload incoming shipments.
  • Accurately put away stock into appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Efficiently pick orders using scanning equipment or pick lists.
  • Pack orders with appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
  • Stage orders for outgoing shipments and verify accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following all safety guidelines.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Participate in inventory control activities and cycle counts.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the correct use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including significant lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow verbal and written instructions.
