Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory.
- Process outgoing orders by picking, packing, and preparing them for shipment.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent counting and record-keeping.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational targets.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Identify and report any damages, safety concerns, or operational inefficiencies.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge of logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
- Must be able to wear required PPE consistently.
