Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role is fundamental to our operations, involving a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. A commitment to Safety, accuracy, and efficiency is essential. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to learn new processes. Your role is key to maintaining our inventory integrity and ensuring timely order fulfillment. We value individuals who are proactive and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Experience with warehouse equipment and a focus on Safety are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and stock incoming materials and products.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and potentially forklifts (if certified).
  • Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Adhere to all company Safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Support logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Strong commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions carefully.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
