We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report any discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods, ensuring proper placement and rotation.
- Pick orders accurately based on pick lists or system-generated orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, tidying, and waste disposal.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to Safety and following instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
