About
We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a foundational role within our Logistics operations, contributing to the efficient movement and storage of goods. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. You will be trained to operate various pieces of warehouse equipment and will be expected to adhere strictly to all Safety procedures. The job requires physical stamina, including significant standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment is essential. As part of our commitment to a safe workplace, the use of appropriate PPE is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for customers.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for dispatch.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to wear and use all required PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Commitment to workplace Safety .
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
