Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Picking and packing orders with accuracy and speed.
- Stocking and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Performing cycle counts and inventory verification.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Using warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Collaborating with team members to meet productivity targets.
- Properly using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Handling products with care to prevent damage during the logistics process.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines.
- Reliable transportation and a good attendance record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
