Job Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented individual seeking a rewarding role in Raleigh, North Carolina? Our Fulfillment Associate position is central to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed quickly and accurately. You will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, from picking items off shelves to packing them securely for shipment. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and a strong understanding of warehouse logistics. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick products based on customer orders using scanners or pick sheets.
  • Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
  • Label and prepare packages for shipping.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stock management.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and full stocktakes.
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is advantageous.
  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in order processing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and wearing PPE at all times.
