We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels at our Houston, Texas facility. This critical role ensures the integrity of our stock, minimizing discrepancies and optimizing warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular cycle counts, performing physical inventory audits, investigating and resolving inventory variances, and managing inventory adjustments in our WMS. You will analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement in stock management procedures. Collaboration with receiving, shipping, and operations teams is essential to ensure seamless inventory flow. Adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE, is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management software. The ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally may be necessary. We seek individuals with a proven track record in inventory control and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
