Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments from various carriers.
- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and shipping manifests.
- Inspect products for damages and report any issues immediately.
- Accurately document received items into the inventory system.
- Stage goods for put-away or distribution as directed.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
- Adhere to all **safety** procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure consistent use of required **PPE**.
- Support **logistics** team by ensuring timely and accurate receiving processes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse role is preferred. Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Understanding of **safety** protocols and **PPE** usage. Familiarity with **logistics** processes is a plus. Must be able to stand and move for extended periods. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires careful handling and accurate counting, with regular **lifting** expected.
