We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to our fast-paced logistics environment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be central to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking products, packing orders with care, and preparing them for shipment. This role demands accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to quality. You'll be working with a variety of products and utilizing technology to manage inventory and process orders effectively. Safety is a top priority; you will be provided with all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and trained thoroughly on safe work practices to ensure a secure environment. The job involves standing for long periods, walking, and regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders efficiently and ensure product safety during transit.
- Process shipments and prepare them for delivery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including proper use of PPE.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks.
- Contribute to team goals and operational improvements.
- Previous fulfillment or warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented logistics setting.
