About
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic logistics team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all inventory is handled with care and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to follow instructions, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not always required as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and compare discrepancies.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform manual tasks including significant Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
