Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately stock materials in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to PPE.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
