We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, managing stock rotation, and implementing improvements to inventory control procedures. You will work closely with the warehouse management team to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent stockouts. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is essential. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency of our supply chain operations and ensure that our customers receive accurate orders promptly. We emphasize strict adherence to safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
