About
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving a variety of tasks to ensure smooth product flow from receipt to shipment. You will be responsible for handling, organizing, and managing inventory, as well as preparing orders for dispatch. Maintaining a strong focus on safety is essential, and you are expected to rigorously follow all established protocols and wear the required PPE at all times. The job requires the ability to perform significant lifting , often handling items weighing up to 60 pounds. Your contributions will directly impact our logistics operations and customer satisfaction. We are seeking individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and possess a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, strictly adhering to all safety standards.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE , including safety vests, gloves, and eye protection.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Support the broader logistics team in achieving operational goals.
- Regularly perform tasks involving bending, stooping, standing, and heavy lifting .
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is highly desirable. Must be able to perform frequent and heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs). A strong commitment to workplace safety and the ability to consistently follow procedures. Must be comfortable wearing PPE . Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics principles is beneficial. Team player mentality with good communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
