About
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our logistics team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth flow of goods through our facility. You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and preparing items for shipment, and organizing inventory within the warehouse. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential. You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all established safety procedures and utilizing the necessary PPE. This position offers a great opportunity to learn various aspects of warehouse operations and contribute to the success of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Conduct regular checks of inventory levels.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus. Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. A commitment to safety and willingness to follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
