About
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This position plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, contributing to efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall logistics . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Properly use all required PPE , including safety vests and footwear.
- Must be capable of performing tasks that involve frequent Lifting and carrying of items up to 50 lbs.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual.
