This position is fundamental to our logistics network, ensuring that products move efficiently from our facility to our customers. You will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving inbound shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing goods for outgoing transit. A strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency is essential for success in this role. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and a positive attitude are highly valued. All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided, and adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory. This role involves frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds, and training on safe lifting techniques will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain organization within the distribution center.
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving regular lifting and material handling safely.
- Support the overall logistics and operational goals of the facility.
