Our Cincinnati, Ohio warehouse is expanding, and we need dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team! This role is essential to our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth flow of inventory. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys physical work and prioritizes a Safe work environment, this is a great opportunity for you. You'll be directly involved in receiving, storing, and shipping goods, contributing to our overall operational success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and Safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Capable of Lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
