Join our dynamic logistics team as a Distribution Center Associate in Sacramento, California. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the unloading and receiving of incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting methods.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Support other warehouse functions as directed by supervisors.
  • Ensure timely processing of orders to meet shipping deadlines.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
