Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Sort and store merchandise in appropriate locations within the distribution center.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
- Comply with all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory control activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety regulations.
- Must be able to wear required PPE .
- High school diploma or GED.
