We are hiring Warehouse Workers for our busy facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a crucial role in our logistics operations, responsible for the efficient handling and movement of goods within the warehouse. Your duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products. You will work collaboratively with your team to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure orders are processed accurately and promptly. The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses a strong sense of responsibility, and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. We emphasize teamwork and provide comprehensive training on all tasks, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory.
- Pick items for orders according to pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Assist with shipping and loading of outgoing orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Mandatory use of provided PPE.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Physical stamina to perform tasks including frequent lifting.
Team-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn new skills.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
Commitment to a safe working environment and use of PPE.
