We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly, from receiving and stocking merchandise to preparing orders for shipment. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong commitment to Safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific instructions and order sheets.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of warehouse stock.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification may be required) and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in cycle counting.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, orderly, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform Lifting tasks, moving materials and products as required.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Follow all instructions related to the logistics of goods.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of goods received and shipped.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Follow standard operating procedures for all warehouse activities.
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, capable of frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. A strong emphasis on teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued. This role is essential to our overall logistics operations and requires a dedication to maintaining a safe working environment. Prior experience as a Warehouse Worker is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
