We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Provo, Utah. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and overseeing the daily activities of warehouse staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of shipments, liaising with carriers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback.
- Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse management and logistics.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and organization for maximum efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipping and inventory.
- Ensure the security of the warehouse and its contents.
- Manage the receiving and put-away of goods.
- Coordinate returns processing.
- Support other departments as needed.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse coordination, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of warehouse management systems. Must be comfortable with physical demands including significant Lifting and standing for extended periods. A commitment to Safety is paramount. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
