Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Store materials in designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper organization.
- Retrieve and deliver materials to various departments or workstations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and preparing shipments.
- Identify and report any damaged materials or inventory discrepancies.
- Support overall logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Proficiency in operating basic warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Commitment to safety and following instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
