Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all established procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Must be comfortable with frequent Lifting requirements, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and Lifting for extended periods.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a warehouse setting which can be temperature-controlled or uncontrolled depending on the season. The role routinely requires physical exertion, including bending, stooping, reaching, and Lifting. Strict adherence to Safety procedures is mandatory.
