Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Put away stock in designated locations within the distribution center.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Follow all company policies and safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Identify and report any issues related to inventory or equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Requires ability to stand for long periods, walk, and perform significant lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capability to perform all required duties, including lifting and material handling.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
