We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is critical to our logistics operations, involving the handling, processing, and movement of goods within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming inventory.
- Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the work area.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktakes.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets.
- Requires physical exertion, including significant lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including frequent lifting and movement.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
