Job Summary:
Are you a skilled operator looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Our Denver, Colorado facility is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our logistics team. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining the smooth flow of goods within our warehouse, supporting receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping operations. Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move materials.
  • Load and unload shipments from trucks and trailers.
  • Transport materials to and from designated storage areas.
  • Perform routine inspections of forklift and other equipment, reporting any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and orderly.
  • Assist in cycle counts and inventory management.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with certification.
  • Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up).
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for forklift operation.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Must wear appropriate PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
