Join our dynamic logistics team as a Distribution Center Associate in Las Vegas, Nevada! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient flow of goods through our state-of-the-art facility. This role is crucial to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our valued customers. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. This includes receiving incoming shipments, verifying inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, all focused on achieving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Accurately stock shelves and maintain organized warehouse storage.
- Pick customer orders using scanners and other equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack orders securely and appropriately for shipment, adhering to quality standards.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
