Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Boise, Idaho, and play a crucial role in our efficient logistics operations. We are seeking dedicated individuals to assist with the daily functions of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and packing. Understanding and implementing warehouse Safety best practices, along with the consistent use of PPE, is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Unload goods from trucks and transport them to designated storage areas.
- Stock shelves and storage locations with inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and order specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other manual equipment safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse work areas.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Good attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
