Job Summary:
Our dynamic logistics operation in Seattle, Washington is looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate. In this role, you will be at the heart of our supply chain, managing the flow of goods within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping a wide variety of products. Responsibilities:
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately.
  • Manage inventory placement and organization within the distribution center.
  • Fulfill customer orders efficiently and precisely.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including secure packaging and correct labeling.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment as needed.
  • Maintain the tidiness and orderliness of the warehouse floor.
  • Assist with inventory control procedures like cycle counting.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and wear mandated PPE.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance metrics.
  • Support the overall logistics operations and contribute to problem-solving.

Qualifications:
  • GED or High School diploma.
  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
  • Capability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting of up to 55 lbs.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics best practices.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Dedication to workplace Safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
