We are seeking a reliable and diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this essential role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You will be a key player in our logistics process, ensuring that products move efficiently and accurately through our facility to reach our customers. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against order documentation.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload trucks as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for eager candidates.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
