Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Seattle, Washington . As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of warehouse associates, and ensure productivity, efficiency, and adherence to all Safety protocols. You will be instrumental in optimizing workflow, coordinating activities between departments, and maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy. This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of warehouse management and logistics . You will be responsible for training staff, assigning tasks, and resolving operational issues. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, including the provision of all necessary PPE . The ability to effectively manage tasks involving significant Lifting and the operation of warehouse equipment is essential. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of warehouse staff.
  • Ensure all warehouse operations are conducted efficiently and safely.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse productivity.
  • Oversee inventory management and control procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics flow.
  • Enforce all company Safety policies and procedures, ensuring proper use of PPE .
  • Manage equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
  • Resolve any operational issues or conflicts promptly.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with WMS and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage staff and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in implementing and enforcing Safety regulations.
  • Experience with tasks requiring significant Lifting and equipment operation.
  • Commitment to ensuring the correct use of PPE .
