Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring organization.
- Accurately pick items from shelves for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
- Adhere to established Lifting guidelines and safe material handling practices.
- Support the overall Logistics operations of the distribution center.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with Logistics operations is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
