Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and containers.
- Transport goods to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety guidelines and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting as directed.
- Follow all prescribed Lifting techniques and restrictions.
- Support the Logistics department by ensuring materials are readily available.
- Participate in ongoing training programs.
Qualifications:
- Certified Forklift Operator with at least 1 year of experience.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety standards.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of Logistics and supply chain operations.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
- Good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
