In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by picking items from warehouse shelves and carefully packing them for shipment. Your attention to detail is critical to ensuring that customers receive the correct products in good condition. This position involves walking the warehouse floor, using scanners or order sheets to locate items, and efficiently preparing them for transit. You will be expected to maintain a consistent pace to meet daily order volume goals, contributing directly to our logistics success. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. We are deeply committed to maintaining a safe working environment. All employees must adhere to our stringent safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Proper lifting techniques are essential, and training will be provided.
