Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Safety and PPE.
- Contribute to team efforts and meet daily production targets.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
