Job Summary:
We are hiring Fulfillment Associates in Austin, Texas! This dynamic role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for picking products from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. Success in this position requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items according to customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
  • Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack products safely and efficiently, ensuring proper materials are used.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including applying labels and documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Meet or exceed daily fulfillment targets for speed and accuracy.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks and support logistics operations as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or distribution setting is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using handheld scanning devices.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
