Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack products safely and efficiently, ensuring proper materials are used.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including applying labels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts and stock checks.
- Meet or exceed daily fulfillment targets for speed and accuracy.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and support logistics operations as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or distribution setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
