Join our team in Tampa, Florida, as a Warehouse Worker! We're seeking motivated individuals to perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse operations. You'll be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods, playing a crucial role in our logistics chain. This position requires a can-do attitude and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify against orders.
- Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Pick items from shelves based on order tickets or scanner data.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Follow all safety regulations and use required PPE.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 35 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures is helpful.
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
